Fall Garden Work And Needlework

Now that summer is over, I have finally found some motivation to work in my yard. We used to have an old, ugly, concrete retaining wall which my darling husband decided to improve.

        I came home from work one day and Russell was covering the ugly wall with beautiful granite and slate.  It changes the appearance of the entire yard!  I can't wait to get outside and make the rest of the yard as beautiful.

This is my work for Stacie on our Under the Sea DYOB.

This is our group block for Stacie. The work on the bottom right was done by Ruby.  I added the turtle on the upper left.  Can't wait to see what it looks like when everyone is finished with it.
