                      What Kind Of Fish Is This?

Can you tell me what kind of fish this is? I found this picture on the internet and would love to know more about it.

This is the block I embellished for Ruby in our Under The Sea DYOB (do your own block) round robin.  I loosely based the fish on the one from the photo.

This is my work for  this round robin on one of Pam's blocks.  Unfortunately, I do not have a "before" picture. I got so excited when they came that I forgot to take photographs!

We painted my daughter's room two weeks ago.  I had to take a picture of it before these walls were gone for all eternity.  She is in her second year at Chico now and has moved into a house with three other girls. We are going to turn her room into a more neutral guest room. She did this paint job when she was sixteen- the other walls had pink, green and blue racing stripes. The man in the picture is my husband, contemplating the work ahead.

Second Sunday Quilting Group

Welcome to Second Sunday Quilting!

Beginning Sunday, Ocotber 9, 2011.         Our group is comprised of local ladies who like to get together to quilt. Our purpose in forming this group is to help and learn from each other in a comfortable environment. We will be meeting at the Mount Shasta Elementary School Library on the second Sunday of each month from 10:00 AM until 5:00PM. Quilters are invited to drop by for the entire day or for a few hours.  

         We will have our first get-together on Suday, October 9. There is a $5.00 fee to cover Parks and Recreation department processing and insurance.
